Customer Success Specialist

Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Customer Success Specialist to our Customer Success Team who will be responsible for:
- Connecting with our clients and troubleshooting questions by phone and email
- Escalating and reporting issues
- Monitoring and testing bugs and bug fixes
- Providing important updates to customers, colleagues, and management on the status of cases

- An outgoing personality and genuine interest in assisting educators
- Strong customer support skills
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of K12 education field and or teaching experience is a plus
